Gympass, an international startup providing access to affiliated gyms, faced the challenge of keeping customers engaged during the pandemic. During this period, the company created a home care utilization system and invited us to develop a series of illustrations to promote this new service. The objective was to demonstrate that customers could continue to use their membership normally and receive personalized assistance from professionals in their homes through video conferencing via the application.
